Information we collect

This policy is published by Verum Labs LLC, doing business as SubForge. It covers getsubforge.com and the services we provide under the SubForge name.

When you submit a form on getsubforge.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number, and message content. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you requested.

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral sources, device type) through Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. This data is anonymized and used to understand how visitors use our website.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you requested, and follow up on orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact information with other companies for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). Both are subject to our consent banner. If you decline cookies, no tracking data is collected beyond what is technically necessary for the website to function.

Verification and enrichment services

SubForge provides data validation and enrichment services for organizations that sell to commercial construction contractors. Customers bring an existing list or a target market, and we verify and enrich it against public and professional sources including state contractor licensing boards, project filings, business registrations and company websites. The information we work with is limited to professional business details: name, license or registration, practice or company name and address, business phone, business email, and website. Email addresses and mobile numbers are not collected or stored by SubForge. When a project needs them, they are looked up at delivery time through a third-party enrichment provider, validated, included in that delivery, and not retained. We do not collect or process Social Security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, personal financial information, or any financial information.

If you are a contractor

Your contractor license record and business listing are public records published by state licensing boards and by your company. We do not control them and cannot remove you from them. What we do control is the contact-enrichment step. If you would prefer that no email address or mobile number be looked up for you in our work, email hello@getprovyx.com with your name and state and license number. We will honor the request on every future project.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@getprovyx.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
